Does it include calls and SMS?
No. All plans are data only, with no phone number. Use WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime or other apps over the data connection.
Can I keep my home SIM active?
Yes. The eSIM is a second line, so your regular SIM stays active for calls and SMS.
What happens when my data runs out?
Yes. On most plans you can add data to the same eSIM without a new QR code.
Can I use my phone as a hotspot?
Hotspot works on most plans.
What is the refund policy?
Never installed: full refund within 180 days. Installed but never activated: full refund within 30 days. Activated with under 5% of the data used: credit. Technical failure or no coverage: full refund. More than 30% used or plan expired: not refundable. Details are on the refund page.
Can I buy now and use it later?
Yes. A plan you have not activated stays valid for 180 days after purchase.
