Will it work on my phone?
Carrier-unlocked phones from iPhone XS/XR (2018) and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer support eSIM. Dial *#06# and look for an EID number to be sure.
How fast do I get my eSIM?
The QR code arrives by email within minutes of payment. You can install it right away and switch it on when you land.
Do I need a passport or an account?
No passport, no ID and no app. You only need an email address for the QR code.
Can I top up the same eSIM?
Yes, on most plans. Add more data to the eSIM you already installed, so the QR code never changes.
What if I do not use it?
An eSIM stays valid for 180 days before you activate it. Never installed: full refund within 180 days. Installed but not activated: full refund within 30 days. Activated with under 5% of data used: credit for the full plan price.
Can I make calls and use WhatsApp?
Plans are data only. Messengers, video calls and maps work over data; there is no local phone number.
